Last Updated: August 23, 2026

At Edora Tech, accessible from edoratech.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This document contains both our Privacy Policy and our standard Terms of Service, detailing the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the terms governing online invoice payments, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information We Collect

When you contact us directly through our enquiry forms, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website and services
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website offerings

Payment Processing & Terms of Service

By paying an online invoice via Edora Tech, you agree to the following terms regarding transaction processing:

  • Third-Party Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our secure third-party payment processor. Edora Tech does not directly store, process, or transmit your full credit card numbers on our servers. For more information on how Stripe handles your data, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Data Collection for Payments: To facilitate transactions and prevent fraud, we collect and share necessary billing data with Stripe, which may include your email address, billing address, and IP address.
  • Currency & Surcharges: All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable credit card processing fees or surcharges may be applied to the final invoice amount and will be clearly itemized before you complete the payment.
  • Refund & Dispute Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our software engineering services, refunds are generally not provided for completed work or milestone payments unless explicitly agreed upon in your master service agreement or statement of work. If you have concerns about an invoice, please contact us prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
  • Security: The entire payment flow is securely encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Our payment processor (Stripe) maintains strict compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

Security & Anti-Spam (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our website forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile functions by verifying that you are a legitimate human visitor. This verification process may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send these data to Cloudflare for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving Turnstile and for general security purposes. It is not used by Cloudflare for personalized advertising.

Log Files and Cookies

Edora Tech follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
